Product shipments are processed each Monday and include orders for which payment has been confirmed until prior week’s Thursday.
Product prices include the applicable sales tax in Spain and do not include any shipment or delivery charges.
Upon receipt of the order the Company will calculate delivery charges and inform the Customer via e-mail. The Customer will then process the Bank Transfer for the total Euro amount or, eventually, will contact the Company to ask for a Cash on Delivery procedure.
In case an urgent deivery is requested the incremental cost will be communicated to the Customer who will process a bank transfer and fax a copy to the Company.

CONTRACTUAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS - Print These Terms and Conditions must be accepted by the Customer as a prerequisite to complete the ordering of the products the 123DEFIESTA (the Company) offers through its web site: www.123defiesta.com
1.- Regular Customer/Company communications are to take place via Internet. However, a Company phone number will also be provided upon receipt of orders to speed up resolution of urgent matters.
2.- Customer orders are to be placed through the forms provided in the web site. Mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk. The Company will maintain the necessary data bases where such information will be stored. Customers’ personal information in the Company files is only for internal use and will not be made available to any other organization without explicit Customer authorization. The Company complies with all Spain’s regulations on this respect, particularly with the 15/1999 regulations aimed at ensuring protection of personal data. Should the Customer want to know more about personal data protection and handling, please get in contact with the Company.
3.- Product prices as shown in the Company lists include the applicable sales tax in Spain and do not include any shipment or delivery charges. Upon receipt of the order the Company will calculate these charges and inform the Customer via e-mail. 4.- Upon reception of the order the Company will inform the Customer, via e-mail, shouldn’t any ordered product be on stock or delivery time would be expected to be abnormally delayed.
5.- The Company cannot accept orders for shipment of products unless its combined price list equals or exceeds 20 Euros. Post Office regulations do not allow “Cash on Delivery” shipments when total amount to hand over to their employees exceeds 2.400 Euros.
6.- The Company will deliver the Customer’s ordered products to the address shown in the order form. Urgent delivery could be arranged should the Customer have chosen this option in the order form. In these cases the Bank Transfer voucher needs to be faxed and submitted to the Company.
7-. Product shipments are processed each Monday and include orders for which payment has been confirmed until prior week’s Thursday.
8.- Prior to shipment the products go through a quality review process. However, should any product arrive in poor conditions to the delivery address, the Company must be informed within the next 48 hours to agree on the best solution for the Customer. Original shipment and packing material are not to be disposed of until products are confirmed to have arrived in perfect condition.
9.- The Company is not responsible for Internet failures, bugs or transmission malfunctioning which may cause delays in order intake or any other relevant Customer-Company communications.
10.- The web site and all its contents, programming and design are fully registered under copyright regulations. Reproduction in any form is prohibited and Company permission must be requested for its distribution or transformation. Trade marks applicable to Company products belong to its legal owners. 11.- Spain Courts of Justice will prevail in case of legal dispute or actions.
